 What you get:

50 Inch flat panel TV mounted on wall.

Secured and unsecured Wi-Fi available.

Hook ups available for sound and picture from your laptop. 

Coffee (regular and decaf) and bottled water.

VCR and DVD players connected to the TV.

 

How many we can accommodate:  

Seating for up to 26 at 2 x 4 foot conference style tables. 

Seating for up to 30 at five foot round tables.

Seating for up to 42 in theater style seating with no tables.

 

Hours of availability:

Monday thru Saturday 7 am thru 10  pm.  Sunday 2 pm thru 10 pm.

Food/Refreshments

You may bring your own food into the space for a breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Additionally, many restaurants at The Greene will deliver food to the office.  Let us know and we can assist with these arrangements. 

Cost:

$25/hour including your personal set-up and tear-down time. Payment is due at the time of booking.  We do not bill anyone.  We PREFER cash or check.  If you must use a credit card, contact us and you can pay online through our donation link or directly with our office, but please contact us to let us know that is how you are making payment.  Receipts will be issued upon request.  Although we are a 501.c.(3) Charitable Organization, the receipts we issue for room usages are NOT tax-deductible receipts.  Your payments are for the room usage and are not charitable contributions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations 30 days prior to usage date will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days.

General Information:

We believe our rates are far and away more reasonable than anyone else in teh entire Greater Dayton Area for what we offer.  We would ask for your help in sharing our information with others who would be interested in renting a room for ANY kind of function; business meetings, training sessions, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.
