Ken Becker has been a full-time ministry since 1977 until August of 2006. He has worked as a Youth Pastor, Outreach Pastor, and Senior Pastor in Indiana, Wisconsin and Ohio. Most recently he co-pastored Christ's Church in Bellbrook Ohio. In August of 2006, Ken left his position at Christ's Church to open an office at "The Greene", located in Beavercreek, Ohio. 

Cathy Becker has worked in retail for over 30 years. She has worked at the major malls in the Dayton area, Salem, Dayton and Fairfield Commons.

In January 2006, they felt the need to take their experience and their desire to help make a positive difference in people's lives directly to the Marketplace. So they formed a non-profit charitable corporation - Groundz4Living.

The Beckers live in Kettering, Ohio and have three grown children, one adorable grandson and two beautiful granddaughters!
